DigiReception is a digital solution for the registration of visitors. How to invite visitors can remain unchanged with the calendar software that is currently used or via the DigiReception Web Portal. The visitor will receive an invitation email in your house style with a QR code, directions and parking instructions. The visitor can easily log in and out of the visitor tablet by scanning the QR code. Time-consuming registration on paper thus becomes digital “check-in” at lightning speed. DigiReception immediately sends a mail / push notification to the relevant employee when the visitor has registered.
